Yunlong Lake Reservoir

Yunlonghu Reservoir was built in 1958, as a key national medium-sized reservoir, under the jurisdiction of water conservancy projects including three sluices (spillway sluice, old spillway sluice, nanwang sluice), two culverts (Xiaozhuang culvert, Hanshan culvert) and a dam (Bayi dike).

After nearly 20 years of continuous construction and continuous development, the level of Yunlong Lake has been continuously improved, and has been awarded as the national Water Conservancy Scenic Spot, The Chinese Living Environment Example Award, the national 5A tourist scenic spot, and the most beautiful water landmark in Jiangsu province.

Since the 21st century, the reform of automatic measurement and reporting has been advancing steadily. Over the years, xinan Hydrology Station has provided solid technical support for flood and drought disaster prevention and water resources management, and has become a well-deserved "star of Shuhe".
