Qinghai experiences snowfall in summer

While inland regions experience high temperature and heavy flooding, Golmud standing in the center of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan autonomous prefecture in Qinghai province saw snow on Sunday. At an average elevation of 4,600 meters, Haixin often sees cool weather in hot season.
