Shagou Lake Shuishan Park in Pizhou City

Shagou Lake Shuishan Park is located on the west side of Yangzhou Road, adjacent to Yangtze River Road to the south and Xingguo Road to the north. It covers a total area of over 4000 acres, with a green area of nearly 3000 acres, and is a national AAA level tourist attraction. There are multiple scenic and service facilities in the park, including Longxin Pavilion, clubhouse, Xinhan style gate, Yudai Bridge, pavilions, waterfront platforms, winding corridors, amusement park, and fishing center. The four main gates and pavilions, corridors, and pavilions of the park are mainly in the style of the New Han Dynasty, with a simple and robust shape, reflecting the majestic and elegant beauty of Han Dynasty architecture. The North Gate, shaped by a pavilion, is 28.95 meters high and is known as the "Number One Pagoda in the World" by Liu Qingzhu, director of the Institute of Archaeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The 78 meter tall Longxin Pavilion in the middle of the park is reminiscent of the imperial architecture of the Han Dynasty, where emperors issued decrees, accepted pilgrimages, and worshipped heaven, earth, and ancestors. It is magnificent and breathtaking.
