Xuzhou Pizhou Wang Jie Memorial Hall

The Wang Jie Memorial Hall scenic area was founded in 1966 and has undergone multiple renovations, expansions, and landscape upgrades, covering an area of 59 acres. The main commemorative facilities include: Martyr Wang Jie's tomb, Martyr Wang Jie's deeds exhibition hall, Wang Jie Square, Wang Jie's sacrificial site memorial pavilion, etc. The Wang Jie Martyrs Memorial Hall was approved by the provincial government as a key martyr memorial building protection unit in Jiangsu Province in 1987, and by the State Council in 2009 as a national key martyr memorial building protection unit. It has gradually developed into an important red tourism scenic spot and patriotic education base in the Huaihai Economic Zone.
