Description

The Zhang Boying Art Museum is located in the Yunlong Scenic Area on Daxue Road in Xuzhou City, opposite the east gate of the Nanhu Campus of China University of Mining and Technology. It was approved as a national AAA level tourist attraction in 2010. The Zhang Boying Art Museum covers an area of more than 120 acres and consists of attractions such as the Zhang Boying Art Exhibition Hall, Xiaolaiqin Hall, Wenhao Hall, Moyuan Pavilion, Library, Stele Gallery, Shouzhuo Pavilion, Yanting Pavilion, Tianchi Pool, Bilian Inkstone, Baifo Hall, Watching Stage, Qintai, and Qunyangpo. The art museum faces east and west, with pink walls and black tiles. Decorated with wood carvings, brick carvings, and stone tile carvings, it cleverly combines folk traditions with modern architectural space. The pavilions, mountains, rivers, and rocks are distributed among flowers, trees, and green grass, exuding the ancient and elegant charm of northern Chinese gardens. It is a group of traditional residential buildings characterized by imitating the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The buildings inside the museum are either grand, exquisite, natural, or carved, with a reasonable layout, simple and elegant, and a unique and distinctive architectural style, attracting literati and celebrities from all over the country.
